Tralee Town

The Imperial Hotel is just 30 seconds walk from Tralee town centre. We are sited at 27 Denny Street, one of the most splendid Georgian Style streets in Ireland. Our exact location is Eircode V92PK76.

The Capital town of Kerry, Tralee has recently undergone extensive refurbishment. A pedestrianised central precinct making it easier to stroll around the wide variety of independent local shops and producers, as well as restaurants and bars.

Tralee’s 30 acre town park, the largest Town Park outside Dublin, (one minute walk from the hotel), contains is a spectacular Rose Garden(to commemorate our Rose of Tralee Festival) with many varieties of colourful roses, manicured lawns and sculptures. Other attractions include Tralee Bay Wetlands bird sanctuary, Kerry Country Museum, The Aqua dome, Omniplex Cinema and Siamsa Tíre – the National Folk Theatre of Ireland.

With its position at the heart of County Kerry, Tralee is the ideal base from which to explore sandy beaches and coastal towns of the Dingle Peninsula and the Ring of Kerry, and the lakes, national parks and historical houses of North Kerry and Killarney.
