The Wild Atlantic Way

The town of Tralee is located along The Wild Atlantic Way, the world’s longest defined coastal touring route. Kerry County Museum

Step back in time at Kerry County Museum located in The Ashe Memorial Hall, on Denny Street, Tralee, a 2-minute walk from The Imperial  Hotel. With a whole host of activities and events to cater for all age groups, Kerry County Museum is a must during your visit. Uncover the forensic archaeologist in you with The Bone Investigators, and go back in time to 1450 as you wander through the streets of medieval Tralee.

Tralee Bay Wetlands

The Tralee Bay Wetlands Centre is Kerry’s newest and most unique visitor attraction located on The Wild Atlantic Way and within walking distance of Tralee Town Centre. It offers both an activity and nature zone catering for groups of all sizes and ages.

Crag Cave

Located just 16km from Tralee, outside the town of Castleisland, Co. Kerry, Crag Cave is Ireland’s most exciting show cave. This magical wonderland of stalagmites and stalactites thought to be over one million years old, is an all-weather attraction to be enjoyed by all ages.

The Aqua Dome

A firm family favourite, the Aqua Dome in Tralee is one of Ireland’s largest and most exciting indoor water worlds. It’s wild, wet and wonderful, with fun features for all ages. The best part is it’s just a 10 minute walk from The Imperial Hotel. A fun day out with all the family.

Wild Water Adventures

Looking for something wild, wet and super fun to do in North Kerry? Try coasteering – a great, adrenaline filled adventure activity just 20 minutes from Tralee. Wild Water Adventures cater for individual, families, corporate groups, clubs, hens and stags.
